I have 2 of these big boys well 1 male and 1 female and i have had them since early aug and the are getting big they love caves and they stay and swim togeather although after reading up on them it seems to be hard to breed them.... but they follow each other love on each other they do every thing togeather if my camera worked i would take pics my male is about 8-9 inches long and the female 7-8 and the make is a fat boy.

they do not cause trouble with the other fish in the tank but they are terratorial they just open their mouth and the other leave them alone when i clean the inside of the tank they let me pet them..... and THEY LOVE to tear up feeders
