It's either diplo or micro.. I'm not that good at differentiating those 2

That is a channa micropeltes, also it is illegal to own or sell that species in Ontario not wise to post about it online....
As for cleaning that comes with owning one... yes they can be very agressive, so it would be wise to be careful as it might suddenly snap at you, it wont take your hand off or anything but they do have teeth and can draw blood. All you can do is clean carefully & keep an eye on where the fish is while you do it...
