im sorry for being the most annoying person on the site . but i love this thing to death ,

Your photos are so small. Could you upload them to photobucket or some other service so that I could view them better. The resolution and size is very limiting.

Anyway, my first answer would be trauma, possibly an indolent bacterial infection.

I would recommend reading the "elasmobranch husbandry manual". Some chapters should be a prerequisite. It can be found in PDF form online or purchased.

here are bigger pics i hope

thats the thing , its only on one side , and wouldnt there be more signs if its a bacterial ?

No, There doesn't have to be other signs. Check out the first pic on this thread http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=324901 This was only on one side of the tail and no where else on the body. Its really hard to tell by the picture but it looks like there is a bacterial infection brewing. I would probably treat the shark with Nitrofurazone. I believe fin rot is more often than not a gram negative bacteria.(Double check that first) Also if has turned into an open wound Hydrogen peroxide works great as topical teatment. You must be very careful with peroxide because if you spill it on the shark it will burn him. It can also be used in a bath a 150mg/1L

its not a open wound , it just looks like a red scrape thats inside his tail ? like red veins , i tried pima fix but that just made him act weird so i skimmed it out . another pain in the @$$ thing about it , he made my water a bout milky ,

pima fix isn't even an antibacterial. Its antifungal. I have to say in the picture it looks blochy and not like veins. I don't know what to tell you other than both the treatments I gave you work as both a prophylactic and a treament for an acute bacterial infection. Also look up this book It my help you lot as the others said earlier. "elasmobranch husbandry manual"
