K1 or Other Biological Media?

What is the best biological media for a medium bioload? and what are the best sites to get the materials?

No such thing as "best", different medias have different applications, and the type you use depends more how your filter is set up than anything.

Let me be more specific. 2 Parachromis Motas juvenile in a 70 gallon all by themselves. looking to get a better biological filter.
