Yes, I am more then aware he is going to get HUGE!!
We're getting him a 300g by the time fall comes around.
He grows quite quickly, but seems to have slown down.. for now.
When we first got him he was about 1-2.5 inches, and now he is a good 10 inches, and we've had him just over a year now

I see you have a IT Datnoid with the puf are there no problems ?

I ordered 5 Heros Severum to keep the MBu company
I like to see it with 2 Datnoid pulchers but it's impossible to get these.... and maybe not the best tank mates...
Maybe later i will put in a small staying ray., any sugestions ?

I like to see it with 2 Datnoid pulchers but it's impossible to get these.... and maybe not the best tank mates...

Woohoo! Good for you, he'll become a little piggy in no time!!
I would not put a ray in with a mbu, reason being, the mbu sleeps/rests on the bottom of the tank at night, and a mbu can kill a sting ray in a second with it's massive chompers... or the ray can kill your mbu.. so not a good mix!!
We've had several tank mates with our mbu, he isn't aggressive, I think that is because we've had tank mates with him his whole life.
Currently we have 2 NTT dats, and 2 IT dats with him, also a spotted raphael catfish and an endilcheri bichir, and there's no problems. I think because the dats are a lot faster then he is. Only thing I can say may be a problem is the other fish do not get as much food because our mbu always seems to find it first lol

Clown loach, ornate bichir, delhizi bichir, AT Datnoid, Texas Cichlid, Green Terror, Jack Dempsey, Red Tail Catfish, Tiger Shovelnose Catfish, snakeheads... and that's all.. I think. Not all at once either, of course.
