Its totaly a kamfa, ive also seen them labled as both but its a kamfa, though not the best image of the strain. Though wrong section.

Edit: Though now that I say that im not sure, its not dark enough towards its tail and too red towards the front, you probably have a cross breed of multiple flowerhorn cichlid types.
