Still kind of confused but I think I'm getting the idea. Pretty now and even more prettier later? Is this what your trying to say? :D
 
not a very long flowerline is this true with most of the fish in this strain?

Not quite, this strain has very full and straight flowerline also. The father and mother of this little fella is both double row with full flowerline on the 1st row. So I know this guy carry great flowerline with double row in him. Just that it didn't seem to show out only. Some of the brothers I've seen from this fish grew out full double row(but the colors and pearls isn't as good as this one), but fortunately I didn't get those fish as they were half an inch smaller than this guy when I first got him so I didn't know how they will turn out. And when I first got him, he was 1". But I am satisfied with his flowerline, as long as I know he has the genes inside of him. Hopefully when I do future breeding with this fella into a Thai Kamalau, it will come out into his son/daughters. The main thing I am search for right now, is a really really great female Thai Kamalau at the moment.
