keep them, they were free, they wont take up that much room unless its a small tank and they will turn over your gravel and help keep the tank clean

Keep em honest mistake on his part. I don't think it'd be a prob either way

keep 'em. it wasn't your mistake if it makes you feel better and if you were reimbursed for the cost and time to return them the store owner would probably break even or lose money. they don't add very much to the bioload, and some small sinking pellets or flakes will be fine. if you still feel bad next time you plan on going to the store, bring them back, but don't make a special trip just to return them.

I would keep 'em.

Whether or not they will live on scavenged food depends on how much you feed your other fish. They'll eat most sinking pellet formulas and scavenge for leftoevers, but if you don't feed your other fish much then you'll wanna feed them directly so they get enough to eat.

Whoa . . . two of them just died . . . like they swam out into the open and were jerking around and then died. XP But the more sensitive ram and other fish still live . . . crazy . . .

Rams aren't necessarily more sensitive than kuhli loaches.

There's some kind of disease that seems to wipe them out too. Only them. They're also sensitive to hard water.

It seems no one has had luck with kuhli loaches for awhile and many stores have stopped carrying them.

yeah sorry about your loss. I would've kept them as well. Honestly they cost so little to the store that the owner wasn't worried about making sure there weren't any in the plants when he was pulling them. Again sorry two died.
