tendou, you are right on all id's except the shortnose id. it's a florida with an old snout injury that's rendered it with a shorter nose.

Isn't that, in some way, a good news? Now you're gifted with a longnose and a shortnose florida gar! BTW, did you chance upon that shortnose florida or did you purchased it from a fellow AF/MFK member, because of its shorter-than-usual nose?
