Keeping Blue Acaras With....

I've seen threads that say yes, no and maybe lol. It would be a solo blue acara with some angels if that makes a difference.

Yeah I'm starting to learn that with cichlids lol, seems they have a lot of individuality that takes a big part into the equation.

It is a maybe some fish are laid back and some are terrors you can't be sure. Granted there is a differance in aggression form species to species but even within the specific species there are differances. So some times it's trial an error.

I'm going to get some tank dividers to keep on hand so I guess we'll see how it goes.

My experience with blue acara is that they are pretty mellow. I've seen beefy aquarium strain angelfish tough it out with some pretty gnarly CAs even.

If I decide to not go with angles and focus on the blue acara what other tankmates would work with it and Senegal bichir?
