Absolutely - it makes perfect sense.

So the best advice for someone planning to capture their own sharks - is to first check you local and state laws on keeping indigenious species - before you investing your time and money on correct set up for the care & transportation(from the ocean to your home)of said species.

Last thing you want is a visit for the law.
 
I have a female California horned shark that I've had for a about a year in my 150 gallon tank and she does fine even up to 78 but it is recommended to run a chiller to keep your tank between 60 and 70 for them
