Hi you guys!

I'm planning to get a couple of Marulioides again..
Is is it recommended to keep 4 Channa Marulioides in a tank?
Becouse I hade just a single one in a tank before with other fish and I had it for 6 months or something, then it died..Probably becouse of it's lonleyness I guess..

I need some more advices how I can keep them..
And should the thank be full of vegitation ?

wow.. du lever! :O ;)

vegetation is just depends on you, if you are prepare to adopt the 4 fellas til adult, "at least" you need a 6x2x2 tank... if u want your fish become superb, please check our posts before, someone wrote the tricks

vegitation , would be needed if considering breeding , as they will not breed without it. i also prefer to use it as it allows for less water changes which is a big plus with any channa

as said if keeping 4 you will need a big tank , but you should get a pair out of them , and i find them happier in a group while growing up.

also do check out the other posts of this species , quite a lot of info allready written about these , and make sure you start out with good quality fish , try and find 6 or 7 band specamins and keep ph very low with tannins in the water .

cheers col
