u need a huge tank, plus a huge chiller to keep it cold. can be done but u better have lots of cash money

These fish are mainly sedentary.
I dive/spearfish a lot, and they are definitely ambush predators.
That being said, you would still want a tank that was at least 8'x8'x4'...so not very likely.
Chiller might not be necessary either. These fish can live in warm water. Even here in Wisconsin they live in some water that probably approaches 70F during the summer, and I think they would be fine at higher temps.

this year I caught a 40" northern in the local lake up here in upstate NY. The lake is only 21' deep, at its deepest point and this year we had a VERY hot summer. The water temps were 75-78 degree's. I landed this guy in 4 feet of water, on a mid 80* summer day. He was in 78 degree water.

Once I wanted it too, there ere a lots of them in my country. First of all you need a 200L or bigger tank. the water cooling is not so necessarily if there is a lots of air in it. I keep fish from a local river and all of them live well at +30 C if your pump works good.
A chiller isnt needed but pike are typically most active in the low to mid 60s(some of the largest come from canada and alaska, cold water). also, as an ambush predator they will prefer dim lighting. Open space is important to their feeding habits, but more imortantly is a place with thick cover that they will spend the majority of their time. Juveniles stay in the safety of the shallow water with dense vegetation. the adults cruise the open water and lurk near rocky drops offs or some sort of structure. They love soft-rayed fish such as suckers and trout, but yellow perch are also a favorite. They will literally eat anything 2/3 its own body size, including other pike. Waterfowl is also a highly desired treat. They will be fine in shallow water so I would just look for a tank with as big o a footprint as you can
