and the diet i would stick with shrimp and cichlid gold 4 carnivoris fish

88 is ok, but be aware that it will make them more aggressive between them, and that bacteria develop better in warm water so you'll have to be double-careful with water parameters and water changes.

Thats a little high... I would try to bring it down
