Keeping Tilapia then eating it?

I eat at least a kilo of tilapia weekly I buy them alive from a neighbor,sumtimes I like to combine it with my 120 gallon tank with 3 snakeheads but I believe tilapias are very agressive..my neighbor's tilapia has an average size of 12 inch long

Wish I could afford that much fish a week, I've got a Tilapia farm 10 miles away and it's still $3.50 USD a pound ond thats frozen.

Tilapia are territorial, but if your SHs are of any size, I wouldn't bet on the Tilapia to win.

in high school you could take a class called aquaculture and the entire class was based on keeping diffferent kinds of fish for a semester then how well you could cook it, i think they used talapia more then a couple times.

The bigger the tank the better. Try to include some aquatic plants in your filtration system too. We grow tilapia in a pond used by water birds and we harvest 3 times a year.
