Right,I saw your mention of that a few posts back.I actually started to post about one of my favorite datnoids that I have(most on here know that I am a dat junkie)but once the bellyaching started I changed my mind.

Haha no....oddly enough those kids have not been at the house in weeks.Some relative of theirs still lives there but I suspect that the kids and their mother have moved out.

To be completely fair I don't believe the thread was completely derailed until the OP made some points. Stating and debating the size of a fish all had to do with what the title entailed "KEEPING YOUR FAVORITE FISH" did it not? Anyways to the OP I'm not on the site for drama Facebook and Twitter are for that....this forum is for hobbyists to discuss a common interest and good vibes/discussion. Sorry for posting about my favorite fish...didn't mean to offend anyone regarding my favorite fish's size.

Its a combination of things but definitely one, its about to run me off. And to be clear there are lots of fish keepers around me who choose not to use this site anymore. A lot of people are just tired of the hassles of this board .Call me petty if you want but im tired of reading pages of responses that have nothing to do with the topic I started. Im not desperate just to talk about fish. I very rarely get on other peoples threads and I definitely don't go around derailing peoples threads. It was a simple thread with a simple request but since this is a open forum we don't stick with the topics anymore. With that said im going to leave you guys to talk about whatever you want on this thread cause im done.

My lfs had a big lungfish for a while. They are such cool looking fish. The owner offered to give it to me if I bought the 120 he was in haha.
