about 550 per fish, adults with matured coloring go for around 2000 per fish. USD Still some doubt in my mind whether these are the real deal but took the gamble.

nice kelberis
thanks

less than a few hours after bringing em home and they're eating. time to do a search and find out how to break these guys off feeders. that's what the LFS's been feeding them.

i heard kelberi's are more prone to hole in head than other pbass, will do a search.

any other links or leads on how to care for these fish are welcome. thanks

Where did you here they are prone to HITH? This isn't true.. HITH is from bad water quality and lack of nutrients.. Care for them like you would any other cichla. The only different is they are less timid, harder to get on prep foods and grow slow. Feed them them the feeders one at a time and in one area of the tank. After they aren't so spooky and get used to the feeding arrangement, try slapping down some freeze dried krill in the area that you have been feeding them in.
