Kelberi Hand Feeding

Good to see it here,I love this clip.I have one eight inch Kelberi that along with my Azul eat thawed frozen smelt.I buy a frozen bag of them from the supermarket and I think I starved my bass about a week and a half before dropping in the smelt,first time I cut up the smelt in sections and tossed them in one by one when the bass was near the surface.They splash water halfway across the room and I get a kick out of showing my guests this action.

Goodluck getting your kelberi off live. Some fish are just very stubborn. There will be no water splashing for me cuz my warden would get pissed seeing on the floor. I do not fill it up all the way so that should help if they make a splash.

if so,i think he should be fine with the orino and other kelberi.

Yes, that is him. I had a 2" orino mysterious disappeared in that tank. I'm not sure if it was the kelberi that ate him or the bichirs. I think it should be ok with a 6" orino and kelberi.

I'm glad to see this kelberi still alive.. He's been through a journey.
