its called trust as joey knows everyone on the planet will see the pics and give their 2 cents as well

THE R1 RIDAH...LOL...I like the sound of the that. Has a ring to it..hahaha

Anyways, I am trying to stay away from the forum because between work now a days and family I am really busy so this will probably be my last post for sometime. I kept geting calls on this all day so I thought I'd post and give my two cents for the last time.

First off I am not an expert by any means when it comes to PBass just been fortunate to know what I know by keeping them and having a true Kelberi amongst other pbass specie. The guru's in this Pbass game is my mentor RedOne who unfortunatly does not post in this forum. Others include Trust, Scat, Dieselmack to name a few. There are plenty of other people on this forum who can identify PBASS who has Kelberi's. Lewis, Li, and Fugu.

I would swing by but I just got home from work and is tired as F@8K..

Just post some pictures. You have shared pixs in the past and people can comment.

Now, without even you posting pix's I can feel 100% confident that this is not a true Kelberi you have. Perhaps a nicely colored Mono. Why you asked. Well a bit of history lesson.

Kelberi's were brought in by two people. A guy from Japan who sent a few to selected member(s) and Anthony who use to be a vendor. Basically all the Kelberis that you have seen posted for sale or shown can be traced to the orginal owner since they were so limited in numbers that was available. I'm sure a handful has died along the way so that makes the numbers even less. Only a handful of people have Kelberi's and they were attained through a RELIABLE source. Meaning when they say, "THIS FISH IS WILD CAUGHT FROM A CERTAIN RIVER", you can rest assure you can take that to the bank and know what you have is truly special. In this case you will not find a Kelberi at a LFS. Why do I say this. Well, more LFS Pbass are farmies or out of FLA (Hybrids). They are not farming Kelberis, Azul, Pinima', Fogo's, Xingus..

Your chances are better getting a Platinum Silver Aro because they are farmed. So odds that a True Kelberi will be found at a LFS is basically 0.

Your approach should have been to post a pic, then if it is a true Kelberi ask what it's worth an try to sell.

You'll be quick to be put on the chopping block without proof!..LOL

Anyways, this would probably be a good time to say Take Care to all the friends I made on MFK and will perhaps see you guys down the road again.

For those who has my number keep in touch...

thanks joey.. your probly right and i take your judgement over mine any day.. probly just a brilliantly colored mono and indeed does fit the criteria of kelberi and indeed does have brilliant gold spots down it but after today and doing some thurough research on it looking at every single picture of kelberi bass for joey and neoprodogy i can most likely say from looking at every pic that the one part mine doesnt match is the exact gold pattern around every single black spot...as i mentioned in my first post i was merely asking for a price and a possibility of letting my bass go and everything flared instantely. indeed joey i should have approached it differently and just posted pics in photo thread but i was simply looking for a price range on a certain fish. either way im going to keep it for now.. watch it grow.. sry everybody for the inconveinence...

sigh...
two threads without pictures in the for sale section no less... meaningless... sorry dude, but until you post pictures or whatever, this is like crying wolf and continuing to cry wolf for a while until someone tells you it's actually the sheep dog...
