I thought you said you bought tocantins and Rio doces. The Rio doces were supposed to be 2.5". If he charged you 50 for a 1.5" fish that means that he doubled his prices from the last time which is kind of shady.
$55 each. I checked the website this time I read more careful. There is Rio does 2.5" for 50.

When I ordered on his website, he only list 1 type of kels with price list $55.
If my memory is right, these were only $35 months ago. Maybe this time it's more expensive due to supply.
So you purchased tocantins or you bought the Rio doce kels? I payed 22 for my Rio doce kels a month ago.
In my mind I was ordered tocantins because he charged me $55 each.
Maybe I would drop him an email to clear this. Up.

Quality of kelberi has gone down a lot. So many breed their own instead of Wild caught. I used to have a group of really nice shiny gold bahia. Now they r hardly to find.
