He fields all his calls himself as he doens't have anyone who knows about all his foods and can answer questions like he can. He also has to balance his family in there somewhere. I order from ken alot, and visit with him at conventions and shows as well. I will continue to order and recommend him for the quality of his product, his dedication to the hobby, his outstanding product, and the fact that he is a heck of a nice guy.

That's what I was thinking too. No one is perfect, we all mess up at times. I'm sure because of this very site alone that he gets tons of people buying, mistakes will happen. Might get a wrong shipment or might ship a few days later than normal. Shipping deals nothing with him or any business besides when they actually ship it out. I always get confirmation shipping with him, so I can look and see where it is(with USPS at least). If the package says it sat in the shipping warehouse in Ohio for 3 days or something this isn't his fault at all, so if the package normally takes 3 days to get here and it took 8 days it's not his fault. So let's not blame shipping on him, unless it took 5 days for him to ship or something like that. He does have a life like everyone.:)
