I am living in a area that has 0 kh from the tap what is the best way to bring this up and have it remain stable coral or a buffer .I have been adding a buffer slowly over a 7days and i am seeing results i am concerned about ph fluctuation.

what kind of fish do u keep? there are plenty of fish that'll love the soft water.
i'm not sure what the BEST way to raise KH is, but you pretty much answered your own question. using coral should do the trick.

I am doing this on all my tanks my fish are all listed by my name .Yes some fish love soft water but a 0 kh can lead to ph fluctuations that's what i am concerned about. so alkaline buffer or coral any feedback am mostly concerned about my black aro and making my dats more stable.
Coral, Limestone and PH buffers will overall cause a problem later down the road. Unless you know the right amount to use of acid and base buffers, the ph will natually try to stablize somewheres. Usually not in a good place. Products like Proper PH *which come in 6.5 7.0 7.5 and 8.2* work well, even if you dont have chlorine in your water. They already have the right amount of buffers. What i would do is buy a product called R/O Right and follow the directions. Its made for people who have soft water, or if you use an R/O filter
So i decided to ditch the alkaline buffer and go to coral i added 20 table spoons to my canister in my 240g hope that works .I added 5 table spoons to my 55g and 75g.
