I am living in a area that has 0 kh from the tap what is the best way to bring this up and have it remain stable coral or a buffer .I have been adding a buffer slowly over a 7days and i am seeing results i am concerned about ph fluctuation.

Unless you know the right amount to use of acid and base buffers, the ph will natually try to stablize somewheres. Usually not in a good place. Products like Proper PH *which come in 6.5 7.0 7.5 and 8.2* work well, even if you dont have chlorine in your water. They already have the right amount of buffers. What i would do is buy a product called R/O Right and follow the directions. Its made for people who have soft water, or if you use an R/O filter
