Actually WILDFYA was the one who stated that the uncycled kiddie pool would be fine.

He stated that an uncycled pond would be better than an overstocked 40G tank living with high toxin levels. You should read a bit closer next time.

ok sure? As Im a general contractor and know for sure that is false. If my 2 yearold son can rip a kiddie pool, Im sure a monsterfish could. This is the problem with this site people can lie and post what ever they like

There's no lie. People can and have successfully kept monster fish in kiddie pools, and cheap off the shelf pools. It is a fact and cannot be argued. I've seen it working too many times to even say otherwise. Whether it will hold or not is irrelevant. A brand new tank can bust immediately upon filling same as a pool. Nothing is guaranteed. If you don't feel comfortable using a framed pool to house your fish, then don't.

Obviously you feel the need to keep bringing it up for discussion after being specifically instructed to do so.

Since the owner has the 40G tank established, the pond could be cycled as soon as the media was transferred and the fish was dropped in. Hence, no cycling. The size of the aquarium/pool has no bearing on the cycling process. If the toxins are present, the process will begin.

No one abused their power. You simply refused to comprehend what was stated. Wyldfya made complete sense in his posts and I agree with his statements as well.
