Have a look on the DIY indoor pond build threads, they quote what to use and what to seal it with. Getting the right silicone sealant seems vital. The price for the window will be high.

Some have done windows with a liner, don't think I would be comfortable going that route though. I think you've seen my build threads. I use Dow 795 to seal the windows, lots and lots of it. To build one like I do and have a window your looking at around $1500 probably.
