Ok i been looking at these kiddie pools they selling at wallmart The ones with the slide in them. I was thinking take some plexy glass warm it with a heat gun and have it pre cut to fit. And place it on the inside of the pool. But next to the slide have it folow the slide around the side of the pool and keep it level with the side of the pool. Take another peice and make a little dam at the bottom of the slide. Take and fill the enclosed area ya just made with a bunch of ac 500 sponges. or hell go to a sponge place and but a piece big enuf to cut to fit the area. Now use a couple power heads or a pond pump. And have them pump watter to the top of the slide . The watter will run over and threw the sponges makeing a filter. And use one of them debre traps they sell for fish ponds at the inlet for the pump. And stick it in my yard. Say maybe even dig a hole and sink it down or hell leave it above ground for the summer.
What do you all think of my idea. Or what about useing one of the small pool filters that have only sand inside of them for it as a secondary filter setup :feedback: :feedback: :feedback:

thats one the questions im asking how do i no wich is safe and wich isnt?

I think this idea is bad ass. I dont understand it 100% but I get the gist of it and I want to try it out myself.

don't forget 14 year old little boys as feeders :evil_lol:

lol
im gunna use the same kinda of filter on my pond

I think its a great idea for a summer pond. Just a thought, by digging in it will kept it cooler in the summer. Provide a little shade and I think it will make and excellent pond....get some pics.....

If you go through with this, I would love to see pictures, both of the finished result and during the process of getting it set up...

so what can i do to find out if it is coated with fungaside stuff?
If it is coated how do i take and uncoat it? Could i light sand it and take the surface coat off? Would i be better off coating it with some type of paint ?
I no people on here have ponds and stuff how bout some more feedback please. this would be alot easy to do right now then to fix my broken 150. I could manage to keep my fish without haveing to sell them off. anybody got any other sugestions
