water, water, water. I had them a few years back, couldnt pass it so after 3 days of trying, the went to get it......you could imagine how!!! so much better after surgery, even being sore from a tube in my $#%$ felt great compared to the stones!!! I now drink at least a gallon of water daily, and its been a while since I have had that feeling.
