Well a few hours ago I dropped a full sheet of plywood on my foot from about 3' and it has been swelled like crazy since, and when I say swollen I mean its a big balloon, like its messed up lol
I doubt its broken as I can put weight on it I just cant bend it without it hurting like crazy
so i have had it on ice since but is there anything else i can do?

Ill have pics up once I can make it to my camera lol
you guys have to see it lol

Damn that must have hurt, hope you feel better soon.

yikes it sounds like 2-3 weeks, hopefully you can be ready for opening day :D

Well... if you have facebook.. Check this out,

I know EXACTLY how you feel.. like.. EXACTLY, right now.

Advise? Elevate, ice, and wrap. if your able to wiggle your toes with out too too much pain. do it, it'll help with both swelling AND stop it from seizing up

(I just got my cast off a few days ago.. still cant go to work for another two weeks. my foots twice the size of the other. hardcore pain meds, hardcore anti-inflammatory meds)

well the swelling is down but now there is a sharp peircing pain when i move it a certain way, I guess Ill have to go to the hospital when I can
its reminds me of when I tore my tendon in my other foot as it doesn't hurt when I dont move it but kills when I do
it still looks cray though
as long as I can still go fishing Im good as the mackerel are running in the river down the road :D

I think Im gonna live lol
I can walk on it now and its just a bit sore and really stiff

heres a pic, and tis was taken a few hours later after it went down a lot
when it was worse just imagine a tennis ball sized hump on your foot

My dad did that a couple years ago with a hunk of steel. It looked just like that for like a week, but hurt for more than a month.
