Killed my foot, what do I do???

No offense, But i don't know how good an idea it is to do too much while the foot is in that state without knowing how bad it is??? the only reason i say that is coz if something was torn/fractured (however unlikely it may seem at this point), it could cause further damage... best thing to do is just to rest the leg and wait to see what a doctor says first...
yeah, i agree with fat homer. I took a spill a few years ago and thought i had just twisted my foot, put some ice on it and kept walking on it for a while. The pain went away so I figured i was fine, but two weeks later there was still some bruising so i finally got it checked out, turns out i had broken it in two places.
I was just about to say...go to urgent care. Its the only time I ever go to the doctor. I knocked some cartiladge off my foot once sparring at our martial arts club at my college...did the same thing. Couldnt walk at all. Went to the drs and I just had a chuck drifting in my foot. Took it easy and it got better.

and it doesn't hurt at all now, she said I likely just bruised it very bad and that means like bruising my bone and ligaments and all that jazz

Keep your foot up and take something aspirin i think is best. Try not to use it much. Ice should help also.
