LOL, no, it is a picture of Seymour Papert, the inventor of the computer language LOGOS, He just looks insane, heheh.
This guy, on the other hand, is Richard Cottingham who killed prostitutes, kept their hands as trophies, and burned down a hotel.

I guessed a few; the serial killers just looked 'not right' lol.
Went back on the old saying about people looking shifty if their eyes are too close together. If you look at the photos of the serial killers, they all had it....don't know if its true or not though.
