When I first saw the commercial few months ago, I thought she was Kim younger sister... To find out later she was not.. Lawsuit is meant for publicity or just like Melissa said that somebody just has too much free time! 
We live in a time where people think you can sue somebody for their looks. We also live in a time where nobody wants to get their hands dirty, do the right thing and open their mouth. Kardashian will win. Casey Anthony won...
Good riddance... i really hope Kim K loses the battle... i mean whats next if this case goes through and wins... people who look like celebrities required to have plastic surgery to change their appearance...
