Kind of crazy.....driftwood took down water level

I have used expanding foam to attach the liner to the waterfall, but when it warms up I need to check everywhere closeup.
 
I would think driftwood of that size could pull enough water out of the water, especially dring a windy day. I have seen as much wicking from stones/boulders placed along the edges of the pond. Some stone wicks more water up than others depending on how porous it is.

I would still investigate the falls further. Most leaks occur in the falls and edges of a pond.
