errrr i wouldn t say that at all...48x18x18? If so, all royals can live in that for life.
depends on the one you choose mate. good job on the snowball, went to a couple of lfs today and was the most fruitless experience ever

if you do religious water changes, and have adequate biofiltration there won't be a problem. My wifes 55 has close to 250 barbs, danios, tetras and rasboras, 12 labeos, 14 plecos for the time being, 2 african butterflies, and 3 bala sharks.
there are 250 barbs, danios, tetras, and rasboras combined, not each. The plecos that are actually permanent in that tank are only the choco, adonis (until he out grows it), sultan and clown. What ? are you serius ? Do you have pics of this tank? I want to see 250 barbs looks like in a 55 with 14 plecos in it.
L190s only hit 12", I have never seen one get over 13", and that one died at an old age of 18 years. L027 which is the largest of the group gets to only 15 maybe 16. It might be a little cramped, but it would be able to live in a tank that size.Panaque nigrolineatus, if you can get it to live that long, will grow to 17". i would have thought a tank width about the same length, and only twice his body length, would be reasonably small for it. as for the other L27s
o yea im home now, and re-decorating my room so i can put some new stuff in it![]()
post pics! sounds like a crazy tankthere are 250 barbs, danios, tetras, and rasboras combined, not each. The plecos that are actually permanent in that tank are only the choco, adonis (until he out grows it), sultan and clown.
