I bought this fish online for 100$ Off of aqua bid as a king kamfa but I got a completely different fish and want to know if it’s a king kamfa

Looks to be atleast. Has a ton of pearling, small to almost nonexistent kok, and white eyes, so I would say it's a kamfa. I would recommend adding in either some darker substrate or decorations to help bring out it's colors a lil more. FH's sadly tend to white wash themselves when in a tank with bright or light colors, so if ya can get the tank to be a tad darker it should help to bring out it's natural color.
No telling to be honest unless you want to net it and check its vents. I agree with

darker environment will help with colours. Whats the fish that you thought you was getting look like just curious.
I’m not seeing any signs of kok development I would assume female but would still make an amazing centerpiece for a room. Gorgeous pearling btw she’s a stunner
As magnus bane said the fish might just be white washed just checked on her today and she has a lot of red in compared to yesterday
It looks like possibly the same fish if you look at the face markings. FH take a while to settle but the darker tank might help with that help him/she feel less exposed.
Not the same fish but very similar. The markings on either side of the kok don't match up exactly with the pic but it is nearly the same markings just with small differences. I'm sure it'll turn out to be just as good looking based on pearling alone.
