A cop-out for both. If I had to pick a tang that didn't represent tanganiyaka, I would have chosen first Petrochromis and then Tropheus. None of the pairing/colony stuff tangs will do. Also none of the chill attitude that most tangs seem to have. And he did the same for Malawi. An all-male peacock tank. He could have shown the insanity that is a mbuna tank or real nice hap setup, or even a breeding group of something to show off the mouthbrooding, but he chose male peacocks because they are shiny ???

Joey has some great diy videos, and he is the one who got me into sticking houseplant cuttings into my tanks, and all that, but he trusts that flowerhorn a lot more than I think anyone on mfk would
. IMO his channel has been downhill since he got rid of his fancy goldfish and those doradiid catfish. Not much new stuff in the setup & filtration department, and I guess Hendre sums it up pretty well:
