I catch kitchen nightmare reruns some times and they are very entertaining. I guess I rarely see ramsey yelling at people so it's not old for me yet, lol

I think its a bit more important to the Irish then the Scottish. The republic wants north ireland back, britain doesnt want to give it up, IRA (irish republican army, nationalists who dont mind blowing things up) is still there, not as active as they used to be but certainly not gone.
Scotland is a bit farther for me to comment on, i have friends and fam outside belfast so i have a good grip of whats going on there. Im sure the british have treated the scottish poorly in some respect.
Back to ramsay lol, ive seen the BBC show, i usually watch that one but i do also feel you have to be a bit more heavy handed with a stubborn american vs a situation in the UK. Its sad to say but most americans see british as that geico commercial, some dude in a petticoat sipping tea.. i can see the yelling being required. Obviously its more complicated then that
