Previous legislation making it illegal was overturned as the language was considered too broad, as it could have been interpreted to make documenting hunting/fishing illegal. Its was redrafted a few times and is going through approval now.

Holy sh*t... That crush thing is f-ing awful!!! I didn't watch any but I saw some google images. I sware these are the people who are future serial killers. Thats how it all starts killing animals, Gein, Bundy, Berkowitz, Ridgway, Dahmer, Gacy... Its kinda weird, people who kill people doesn't bother me nearly as much as when people kill animals.
 
i think its the fact that most people who abuse there animals have neglected them so much ,that even if at one point they could have stuck up for themselfs, theres no change for it to be a fair fight.
