Im also a fan of oxo products. The santuko I got from them has the best easy to grip handle.Most of my favorite kitchen tools are oxo,first garlic press I havent managed to crush in my hand,my peeler is old enough to vote!

Shun is where it's at guys.....Can't not beat the edge retention they have and the steel they run was designed for the chefs......Read up on steel and the properties they have and what them properties were designed for and one can select the right chef knives for their purposes
this one seems so odd to me, I love this guy but the knife dose the opposite of the ones I like with the hand position.
