I do know that the Centipede Knife does. But I'm not sure about the Zebra.

Good (I suppose), I've heard if you have two fist with electro organ for locating things, it practically annoys them (couldn't think of a better word)... I've heard never to keep two Black Ghosts together because of it.. I don't know if it's true, I'll find out once I move out, I'll get six in a 300 gal for a little experiment.

I do think that its true (two fish with an electric organ bother eachother) Could be one of the reasons me Black Ghost Knife doesn't like the E. humboldtii Knife (No idea how to spell it, lol) Both have an electric organ. Good luck with the experiment!

nice i have 2 bgk mine some times play dead also. they are in a 200 gallon. i noticed them twisting around each other but not bitting. is this a posible breeding ritual? they still like there space, but sometimes do this.

I have 2 eight inchers in a 200 gal no problems yet had them together since they were 3 inches fist a 20 gal then at 6in the 200.

It could possibly be them doing a breeding ritual. Or it could just be a Black Ghost Knife acting how it normally does. Just acting strange.

I have to clean out the Brackish Tank. After that I'll feed them, and I'll post a video on it. I have to start cleaning it out now, which could take an hour or more. The video should be up in at least two hours.

That is an amazing Knife fish. I only wished I had a large enough tank to be able to hold one. I'm surprised on how large they get. (32 inches) But I've never seen one that big before.

If you want an afer don't look to have many tankmates. They are very cool and swim like an eel, but are pretty pushy.

Probably one of the reasons they dont seem to be very popular.
