could bgks go in an african chichlid tank? i have a 55gal with africans,syno cat, ropefish, a silver gar, a baby tsn and a gn pleco. i was thinking about putting my bgks in the tank with so i could put my rtc, rtcxtsn, and tsn in my big tank without the bgks getting eatten. i also don't want them to get killed by the africans. my africans did nothing when i put the ropefish, 3" tsn, 1.5" syno cat that is now 5"+. does anyone have this combo or have tried it? is there a knife i could put in the african tank if bgks wouldn't work? my main goal is to free some space for the cats until i get a stocktank at least, but preferably untill my pond is built.

food was my thought also they are with 8 tinfoils and 3 bala sharks now so they are use to compition the knifes are 8-10" now think they can eat a 3" tsn?
The knifes won't eat the TSN, however, when the TSN gets larger, he might eat the Knifes. Other wise it looks good, but I would first introduce them into the tank, watch for any aggression, ect. and if things go wrong, take them out, but don't get rid of the Knife Tank until it looks like it will work.
the knives live together know they have been to gether since they were 3" no fights so i think they will still not fight. when i take the knives out of the big tank the cats that i already have would go in the big tank freeing my 20 gal for the tsn so i can power feed him to go with the others in the big tank. my fear was that the africans would kill them but i will do it and watch for agresstion on both fronts (other then the normal check out and "give me my space")
the cats potentall to eat the knives is the only resaon i want to do the switch bgks are to cool to be lunch and so is the baby tsn i was dumb and put my first tsn in the big tank with my 13"-15" aro and 8" gar. when i got my replacement baby tsn i told myself no more stupid s#%* and think before i do.
