Where they come from, they're a popular food fish. Just like those of us who live where bluegill, bass, and crappie are common don't think too much about catching a bucketfull to take home for dinner, but someone from another part of the world would think we were crazy for eating them!

Here's one of those people. The things I would do for a Largemouth or a channel cat..let alone flatheads :/
