Thanks everyone. The overflow cover has been a major pain in the butt to install. Ive used two tubes of silicone to attach it and have another 3 more to use. It is attached but not to my liking. Also, I cut the hole for the return nozzle in the wrong spot and have to readjust. This thing is not fun to work with because it is flexible, uneven, and stiff all at the same time! Also, because of the tank size and the fact that I had to install the actual overflow after I did the plumbing, I had to glue it in standing up, rather than using gravity to help me. :nilly:

Hopefully, I get the the silicone-ing completed over the weekend and give it 5 days to dry, then all I will have to do is fill it up!

Wow, it took me 2 weeks to get the overflow how I wanted it. The first fill happens tonight-i'm going to do large water changes on my other tanks to fill it up, then run it to catch all the silicone shavings and other particles. Going to drain tomorrow and refill again but add seeded bio media. Pics coming tonight:headbang2
