I hope these pranksters are found and a year long community service sentence is slapped on each of the gang for this hideous thing they have done.AND the comm service should be cleaning sewers as "fish on Fire" already has stated.I really hope so...

For this reason I chose not to build my pond outside. i have a double waterfall on the corner of my lot that faces the street and kids have already pour soap into it. i couldn't bear to have them do it to my fish...
