Koop finally got a ray.

Pretty tight. It took me about 2 hours to get it all cut to the right size. I had a little problem with the saw when I started and I wasted 2 pieces of tile b/c the saw was not cutting straight. But once I got it where it was straight I had to cut each piece at least twice before it was ready to go in the tank.

That's pretty cool, I would have never in a million years, thought it was in the tank..

lol Get me a wet saw and some tile and we'll do one of you tanks. the only thing that sucks it picking out which tile you want to use. I think I spent like $50 on this stuff and It's right on par with what you normally spend for gravel or "fancy" sand so it's not like it's expensive. As long as you know someone with a wet saw.

He's allready got two buddies now. He's with the dorado and my other cat.

And I have an order with Wes comming thrusday morning. more pics of the tank then.

And I'm trying to get ahold of a tig. but I'm slow with cash but I got a guy coming for my dry 125 saturday so within a month he'll have a tig in there also. but after that tankmates will come very slowly. untill the GATF is ready then who knows the GATF might get the tank to himself. lol

So far. It's odd they seem to be at odds sometimes but the ray is so passive and the cat is so ill equiped to do damage that I think even if they don't get along they will cohab ok.

and I wish I had a good DSLR for the dorado he's almost 9" now and he's starting to show adult colors. he's getting a good amount of yellow around the gills.
