Awesome perch! I picked up 3 of these guys from Wes and yours looks like it must have had one of the best patterns out of the batch!

I'm also having trouble getting any good pics... mine hide a lot.

3? Nice!! He can fade out every once in awhile, he was in full blend in stealth mode here...just does not like the camera at all.

Maybe as they get older we'll be able to get better pics, they should get more confident as they get bigger I would think.

Haha, very nice, that's what I was thinking too but couldn't find any. I ended up getting a few black koi, if this guy is 7" they are about 6" threw them in everything seemed fine walked by the tank a few hours later and he seriously had ones head in his mouth zero chance of eating this fish but he sure was trying, koi was fine after I stuck my hand in there and spooked the perch, I put the koi in the pond until they get a little bigger but I think that one will need therapy the rest of his life
