Krobia cichlid?

so ive been trying to locate these fish online and cant find anything at the moment...how hard are they to come across?

My 29 gallon is getting completly restarted from scratch and would love to add one of these eventually if i can ever find one.

They pop up from time to time. I have eight that I'm trying to spawn. I'm hoping the younger batch is more willing to than the older batch -- they drop their tubes all the time and flirt a lot, but I never see eggs.
