So far what I've decided on. Lots of clown loaches. and Plants... Everything is up for debate.. I go back and forth hourly..

option 1. Tons of cardinal tetra
option 2. Severums and chelceus
option 3. Discus(too lazy. I do 1 waterchange a week)
option 4. Frontosa(Cool, but worried about bringing up the PH. I have soft water)

Option 5.... anyone else got good ideas? I was thinking maybe rummy nose tetra.
