L007 Vampire, good price?

guess i should have looked around more b4 posting my own thread. i just bought one at like 1.5-2 inches and he cost me $30. but my guy has small yellow dots while urs has white? do they change with size? or do i have some other type of pleco possibly.

sometimes they might appear yellowish depending on your water and the individual. Post a pic anyway, then we'll know for sure. Maybe you got scobi or something... who knows!

ooh! nice buy! I didnt kno this is a l007, wish I had known earlier. Earlier this year my brother picked up a vampire, its still swimming! these are nice fish, from what I heard my brother payed $35 for his. These vampires got 2 little teeth in the sucker, i've seen them take scales off other fish!

Never seen one of those around here! Five inches, yeah, I'd have dropped fifty bucks on him, he's gorgeous.
