L025 anyone keep one?

Took a liking to L025, anyone keep them or one? Growth rate on one of these guys? Active or no? I know most for sale are a good 12" already and they get big.

One on my list, some are very attractive plecs. From what i've seen they are reasonably active, as far as plecos go.

I have one about three inches, absolutly gorgeous deep red tail and dorsal. I N E V E R see it. It hasn't noticably grown in 6 months.

LOL, i sometimes think putting plecos in a tank is a bit like putting liquid ammonia into your tank, its adding to the bioload, and you dont see it after its hit the water.

Thats the truth the best analogy of a plec i've heard yet

That's absolutely correct! It really does seem that way sometimes.
Once in a great while he will tease me with a flash of his tail, Still blood red.

I have kept a few small indivduals---as with all pseudacanthicus, they are very, very shy for much of their juvenile lives.

I'm sure they would be similar as adults, if the tanks were big enough and had plenty of hides etc.
