LFS sold as L025 female "Super Red Sao Felix".

Looks like a L024 to me but I am no expert. About 12"s including streamers.

What do you all think?

I think the Super Red is a marketing thing, because if it is Sao Felix, that means it is wild caught and the colouration is natural.

It does look like a L25.

Certainly is a nice looking fish.

Beautiful Pseudacanthicus! I'm no expert, just a pleco addict, and I currently have both the P. pitanga (L24) and pirarara (L25) "Sao Felix". Imho I'd "guess" L25 as well.. Colors are variable in both, but if that's spotting my old eyes see in the pics, then that would indicate L25. Although the lack of black in the tail and greenish color definitely look like L24.

Note, I did see hybrids sold earlier this year or late last year labeled as L24/L25. I'd ask the vendor to confirm source and origination. If definitely Sao Felix then it's L25.

here's a link to the "natural hybrid":

And here's a link from a reliable source with specimen that resemble yours with full red tail fins

Thank you all for the replies.

@ bkfamus - The images in the links look like a match.

When it was at the LFS in a white bottom tank the base color was lighter olive and more uniform. Lateral stripe coloring did not contrast until after settling overnight.
