Yes, paypal is pending a refund. It is unfortunate that we both did not get what we wanted. I do hope that future transactions will be better.

Yes havn't recieve anything from paypal( i am the third person you mentioned) now i see why i didn't recieve an email about the refund when i sent it.
Bro as i stated in the email that i hoped you could help ....you could have gotton back to me on that one now i have to reorder my other shipment
the only reason i'm saying this is simple when your thread was read and the comunnication was being made before the mishap on your heaters you wanted that payment "right" right so after you recieved all payments and then the fish die no communication. since i sell and use paypal myself i don't spend a costomers money until he recievs his fish .(just the way i do it) i find if your a seller, this way garantees the upmost respect from your buyers, fish dead or not ...i sell you a fish you pay right away ,the fish die before getting shiped out ..oh no problem that buyer has his money back as fast as i can log on to paypal this emininates 20 to 45 days for a claim .
now that we know money is already spent the seller gets screwed yet again...SELLER GETS HIS MONEY ,PAYPAL GETS THIER FEE , BUT THE BUYER GETS **** ON .PERIOD

None of the money was ever spent. It is STILL in my paypal-- get your info straight.

The reason I have to do my refunds this way is because my spending limit for the month is exceeded, so the only way I can send any money out is by going through this dispute process.

I have issued a refund to everyone who used the protocol I asked them to.. and I do appologize once again... as I said before

Im very clear in what i said , nore were any mistakes made in what i said.
You need to keep in contact with people whos money you are holding and as i said you could have got back to me with a response it's a simple thing period .smelling like a scam to me will see, your talk is cheap right now.
